As the Managing Director of NIID, I welcome our students to the exciting, multi-faceted future of the interior design profession and fashion design profession. By providing the unique opportunity to learn from practicing professionals – both inside and outside the classroom – the diploma course in Interior Designing and Fashion Designing at NIID recognizes that becoming a design professional involves far more than simply developing outstanding creative and technical skills.
The ability to think and design critically, globally, and sustainably are the value-added skills we believe are essential to the development of an interior designer… an individual who will be able to enter the profession with the creative vision and personal perspective needed to significantly enhance and enrich the places where people live and work.
